Shit sucks
Nashville-based death metal and grindcore band Yautja is the latest band to get robbed in St. Louis in the past year.
The band, on an October tour, weren’t in town to play, but to watch Yowie perform at the Schlafly Tap Room on Locust Street.
Yautja offered up the following:
“It was only a matter of time, and our time just came and went. Last night in St. Louis our van was broken into right after Yowie turned our brains to goo. Many of our personal belongings were stolen including 2 of our passports and all of our cash. We are going to play as many of the shows booked on this tour as we can, but at this point it seems very unlikely that we will make it to Canada.
